i will never ride a different lever on a dj or bmx bike....i am supr pleased on how it feels and the sturdyness of it...ive crashed on it multiple times and its never bent...only a few scratches..

id say just try without ur front brake for like a week and see if it works for ur riding....if not u can just put ur front brake back on and theres no money spent or lost...
